Into the Valley Full Preview + Timetable

Our friends from Into the Valley have released the timetable, and we couldn't be more excited to see this awesome line-up. We from World Is Music are going to preview each festival day and tell you which favourites we will pick to see every night!

PRE-PARTY THURSDAY 28

19:00 - 02:30

The pre-party running on thursday is already looking great. One of the highlights of the night is without doubt the performance of MCDE, hopefully he kicks our asses as usual playing his blend of rare disco, funk, classic house, acid and so on. However, we will take a look on the acts of The Pyramid stage too, and we are really looking forward to get to listen to one of the house legends of all the time, Fred P aka Black Jazz Consortium straight from NY.

FRIDAY 29

12:00-02:30

Friday is when the full festival will start, and it is also when the difficulties to be able to enjoy every act begin... So many great acts at the same time!

According to our taste of music, we are already in love with The Pyramid stage, with a really logic progression, going from the African, disco & proto house rarities of our dear Young Marco to the house master Move D, stopping over at the incredible Black Madonna, a pure dance-floor killer, and finishing a bit more punchy and mental with Mr. Roman Flügel and Levon Vincent. Anyways, The Hanging Garden is also looking like heaven with the Australian nu disco and house producer Tornado Wallace and with another two pure legends, the Norwegian nu-disco pioneer Prins Thomas and the founding father of the cosmic disco sound, Danielle Baldelli.

And what to do with The Temple? There are pure blessings too!! We'll see how to manage when we'll be there, but at this point I really have to congratulate the organisers for such an amazing friday line up.

SATURDAY 30

12-02:30

On Saturday, we have another 15 hours of madness ahead... Looks like it will be a nice start with the vibes of the Berlin Panorama Bar resident Tama Sumo, and then running to enjoy the live act of the very early house creator Jamie Principle... Can't wait to see him performing the gem "Your Love"!

The surely amazing live performance of Four Tet is clashing with Axel Boman's. Then the rest of the night we'll be running between Temple and Pyramid since we can't deicide between all the goodies offered: the legend Ellen Allien clashes with Kornél Kovács from Studio Barnhus, one of our favourite artists from Spain, John Talabot (label founder of Hivern Disc) clashes with the mysterious Paranoid London, and the Joy Orbinson b2b with Ben Ufo representing the UK underground scene plays at the same time as Bicep (90's rave and house). We are very much looking forward to see our last year's Worldwide Festival favourite DJ Hunee from Rush Hour Records - but Jeff Mills also sounds like a great temptation! One thing is sure, we're going to end the festival experience with the new Detroit legend Omar S.

All in all, we can't wait to begin this festival experience next thursday at this magnificent natural venue in Dalhalla!
